B&B 7cento Ulivi is located in Sant'Andrea Bassa (Valderice) –Western Sicily countryside – in the region of Trapani, not far away from all the historical, landscape, food and wine beauties of the region, such as Erice, Trapani, San Vito lo Capo, and Segesta.
Our Garden
Our garden has a nice area for our B&B guests, furnished with wrought iron tables and chairs. It's the ideal place for an aperitif at sunset, a relaxing afternoon tea, or simply a good book reading.

Every morning at the B&B 7cento buffet table we serve some Sicilian specialties made from genuine local ingredients that can be consumed in the breakfast lounge or in the garden.

The owner Rosanna
Rosanna is the owner and proprietor of B&B 700 Ulivi. She has been active in the hospitality industry since July 2012.
The idea of owning a B&B is the result of some significant experiences in Rosanna’s life, including a 3 month study holiday abroad in England, her job loss, her childhood visits to her father’s splendid villa, and her unconditional love for Nature; all elements which have intensely influenced Rosanna’s choice to realize such an important project as the opening of the B&B 700 Ulivi.
Professionalism and cordiality characterize Rosanna’s treatment of guests, who are always greeted warmly with a smile, along with some famous and classic almond cookies.
Her choice to welcome her guests in this way is with no doubts driven by Rosanna’s character and personality, together with her desire to create sincere, friendly connection, giving them long-lasting memories of their stay at the B&B 700 Ulivi.
In fact, happy to offer expert advice on the activities, sights and restaurants in Trapani and the surrounding areas, Rosanna’s mission is to allow her guests to feel like at home, yet pampered and spoiled while relaxing and taking a break from the usual routine.
